About RoundDoc

Patient tracking built for the way Indian orthopaedic departments actually work.

Why we built it

Most orthopaedic departments we have worked with track their inpatients in a shared Excel file. It works until it doesn't — the file lives on one laptop, the macros break, and nobody can look a patient up from the ward.

RoundDoc keeps the same information those registers already hold, and makes it searchable from the phone in your pocket during rounds. It works with no signal and syncs when you are back online.

Where it is being used

RoundDoc is live in the Department of Orthopaedics at MKCG Medical College Hospital, Berhampur, and in independent practice at Ortho and Spine Clinic. It was piloted at SCB Medical College, Cuttack.

Who builds it

RoundDoc is a product of Treesera Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in West Delhi. We are a small team and we build alongside the surgeons using it — most of what ships comes from something someone told us on a ward round.

If your department is considering a move off Excel, we would like to hear how you work today. Write to us at info@treesera.com.
